Hi all, does anyone know if there is an option to initiate call forwarding for all users in a single process without having to do it on a user by user basis.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no such option in CH, but you may have a look on the Webex Rest API, there is an endpoint to configure user's callforwarding settings: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/webex-calling-person-settings/configure-call-forwarding-settings-for-a-person
