XSI server changed on W4BW cluster - Webex synch events not working

Good morning, everybody.

I have Webex for BroadWorks (W4BW) implemented. I have changed the current servers of my BW cluster. Now the Webex synched events (do not disturb sync, hook status and call history) are not working.

The subscriptions still exists on the AS, for example:

Subscription UID Subscriber Id Target Id Target Type Event Package Channel Set Id Shared Subscription Id Client Identity External Admin Id
================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================

125868927 916069300@mfe.telefonica.net User event-package-bundle prod-afra_0fb524a1-15b7-4cb2-88f1-2981474954b0_7c7f8a0a-d678-4fdb-bc65-cf8232303179 bwcticlient.webex.com

But the AS is not sending events to this subscriptions. These errors are appearing on AS PSLog:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<oci:OCICMessage xsi:type="oci:ErrorResponse" xmlns:oci="http://schema.broadsoft.com/oci-c" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><oci:summary>The maximum number of system channels has been reached for channelSet prod-afra_a4bda066-c5fc-4247-9f00-0bfab1922ac8_dfa3b375-2ca1-4880-82b3-9c5da115f498.</oci:summary><oci:summaryEnglish>The maximum number of system channels has been reached for channelSet prod-afra_a4bda066-c5fc-4247-9f00-0bfab1922ac8_dfa3b375-2ca1-4880-82b3-9c5da115f498.</oci:summaryEnglish><oci:errorCode>111290</oci:errorCode></oci:OCICMessage>

As I have two different AS servers, I have tried deleting the subscriptions on one of them to force Webex to request them again but this is not happening (subscriptions are missed).

So, I have two problems now: subscriptions that are not working (no events sent) and subscriptions missed that we need to regenerate.

Thank you very much for your help. Best regards,

Patricia
