Hello @asalyrosas96

The first advantage of Flex model it is the only actual way to get more licenses on CUCM since January. So Perpetual Licenses are not available for sale anymore because there is a movement from Cisco to get all software licensing through subscription model. Contact Center will be affected probably on next year.

The second advantage is the way of purchasing/expanding that are much more affordable because you can select to pay the contract by month, year or prepaid. On perpetual licenses, prepaid payment only available (or leasing with bank taxes which makes you lose your discounts to a bank loan).

As soon as you already pays a "subscription" based on SWSS which gives you right to open TAC cases, upgrade your software and solve bugs that's included on flex licenses with no additional cost.

Other advantage are the easy buying model based on user count and no more checking if you need more "device or workspace" licenses and if you choose a EA contract it will give you some additional licenses which take you to a great position on growing environment, if needed.

Hi.  Just trying to confirm what you mean.  Are you talking Flex for Calling or Flex for Webex Meetings or a blend of Calling & Meeting?
