Having an issue with HS 730 headset. The volume is SUPER low, barely hearable although the volume is adjusted to max. There is no support contract for this so I can't contact Cisco directly regarding this.
Any ideas? This happens on bluethooth, wired, and wireless dongle.. I want to say this is more of an issue with the unit itself which sucks as it's pretty expensive.. but I figured I'd check here.

Yeah it was like the first thing I did. I sort of gave up and now it's in the box in the corner of my room.
Sorta disappointed.

Have you downloaded the Cisco Headset app on your IOS or Android device or via your desktop (https://upgrade.cisco.com/accessories) and updated the firmware on the Cisco 730 headset?
