Cisco Spark CS-KIT-S

Can a CS-KIT-S still be registered to the webex cloud?  We have a mix of newer CS-KIT-MINI and they register fine.   When I try to activate the older spark unit it cannot reach the registration server

It needs to be on at least 9.15 to have the new CA certs needed to register. Update via the local web interface of xAPI and then give it another go.

Still cannot seem to register. Keeps saying cannot reach spark service.

As Jonathan mentioned, your software version is (way) too old, you need 9.15 and you're running 9.2, that's 5 1/2 years old. If you have a support contract on the device you should be able to download the software you need.

Thank you....I just realized that and will do the step upgrade and then to
the appropriate RoomOS version.

Which version is your device running? It is possible that the SW you are running is not prepared for that registration, your can check at software.cisco.com for the latest sw available for your devices
