Cisco Table 60 microphone does not work properly with Room Kit Pro

When I activate the MUTE of the Cisco TelePresence Microphone 60 in the Room Kit Pro codec (Cisco Webex 70g2), the LED is always green, when it should be red. We have three microphones installed that are experiencing the same problem. The equipment software version is RoomOS 11.5.2.4. Can you help me? Thanks

The old Cisco Table Microphone 60 (CTS-MIC-TABL60) have different voltage specs (12V/48V) to what is required on the newer codecs (9V/52V).  You'd be best to swap out the old mics for the new Table Mics (CS-MIC-TABLE-E) to make sure they're 100% compatible.

Is the mic actually muted in this case? Does the graphic on the screen or the mute mic on the touch panel show that it's muted?

My guess is you had some wiring extensions done when this was installed and whoever did the work missed something - I have a number of rooms with Kit Pro's and tabletop mics with no issue.
