Hi Community
We have x amount of Touch 10 Devices in our fleet, with EOL coming up in Feb
Will the Touch 10's deployed stop working?
Will there be limited functionally?
Is there a time where the current firmware will be incompatible with roomOS rendering these devices un-useable?
I already have the link to EOL and it does not answer these questions.
Any help would be great.

OP didn't specify whether the endpoints these Touch 10s are paired to are connected to Control Hub, and therefore subject to the End of support for RoomOS devices support policy, or fully on-prem with CUCM/Expressway and TMS/Acano. If the former, peripherals will continue to function until the parent device they are paired to reaches end of support, at which point it and any peripherals are forcibly disconnected from all cloud services. Control Hub now has lifecycle management details to help customers plan for those equipment refreshes.

In short, no, they won't just stop working. For a more detailed response, see my responses in Solved: Touch10 support - Cisco Community where I answered a very similar question.

@SupportVC30020 hi, generally after EOL (End of life) devices will still be performed without issue if there is required licenses (if any) and the required environment. after EOL date cisco will not support with any TAC cases, bug fixing, OS updates or replacements.
in future, if cisco release firmware for manager or controlling devices, EOL devices may not work with new OS releases, as those are not included in OS upgrade process.
for EOL devices normally cisco provide replacement model, and its recommended to replace the EOL devices with recommended device models.
