Hello,
We are a non profit that was given an old Cisco Webex Board 55 (SPARK-BOARD55 V01). Problem is, when we try to connect it to the internet, we get an error or: "Not able to contact Webex service. A firewall may be blocking this system from connecting." We have verified from the network end, that we are not blocking any inbound or outbound ports or services that webex list that it uses. However, we have logged into the board via the IP interface and see that it is running a very old firmware version (ce 9.7.0 edf5aaff646) from 2018-12-10.
Question, how do we get this board upgraded / updated so that it can be usable for Webex calls?

The software on the board will need to be updated in a two step process. Firstly you will need to apply the "Step Upgrade" file you can get from Software Download - Cisco Systems, then following this, you will need to update to a full release of the RoomOS software.
If you don't have access to download the files, you may be able to get them through your local Cisco TAC.
Once the device has been updated to a current software version, you should be able to proceed with the Webex registration.
