Cisco Webex Board 55 whiteboard fail error

Hello,

Please see attached error seen in Webex Control Hub/Devices.

I receive an error on a Cisco Webex Board 55 when viewing the Issues and Information section.

If anyone knows of a solution to resolve this issue, please let me know.

Update to BugID Mar 18, 2025

A reboot will remove the error. The February 11.25.1 RoomOS release included a complete fix, The January 11.24.1 RoomOS release only had a temporary solution for toggling certain features on/off if necessary.

I was just informed of this bug on the December OS release (pasted in below). If your board is on stable release (which would be December), change to beta or preview to see if it fixes it. 

bug in Stable room OS, CSCwn61362, alert: Whiteboard App Service Connectivity, 41 devices affected in CH.

Symptom: Unable to reach Webex Whiteboard app service/ Whiteboard Service Failure.

Workaround: Clearing the Whiteboard URL and re-entering it from GUI, and rebooting the device clears the issue.

Fix is currently in Room OS 11.24.1.3 which is in Preview channel as per Cisco (SR 698522145).
