We have 2 Codec Pros that are registered with our Zoom Conference Room Connector. For whatever reason one came with RoomOS 10.20.1.6 and the other came with RoomOS 10.8.3.1.6. Is there a way to upgrade the OS without a Cisco subscription? These devices aren't exactly cheap and it seems like poor customer service to not provide any support or updates at least until they are up and running properly.
