I purchased a few 8811's and when I plug them into the network the activation code screen comes up.
Will not accept multiple different activation codes, nor will it register via MAC.
Get's ip address as expected, (same as the other 120 phones I have in my environment)
Connection refused when trying to access via http.
Solution is cloud based, admin.webex.com

Yes, when I plug in other phones to the same port, they have internet and are able to make/receive calls

But to your problem: Has the device internet access?
