Hi All,
I am trying to figure out what wireless pc headset is best suited for my use case.
We use Webex/unity to call from our desktops/laptops. However, one of our users wants to be able to walk around while wearing the headset. The issue is, he also wants to pick up and end incoming calls while away from the desk.
Currently we use a Plantronics C504A with a APU-76 adapter, but in this configuration the buttons on the headset can't pick up the calls. What headset line/brand would be suitable for this? I have heard that Jabra might work but i would like to know for sure.

take a look at the 560 series headset. This has a button on it which allows you to pickup or hang up an incoming call. It uses DECT to the base so it works great in congested environments. Cisco Headset 500 Series User Guide - Your Headset [Cisco Headset 500 Series] - Cisco

I have had good luck with the Cisco series headsets. We use the 500 series. Cisco Headsets: Wired & Wireless Business Headsets - Cisco
