Jabra Speak2 mute button not compatible

Is there any way how to fix mute button on Speak2 and Webex? Old Jabra speak used to work

yes, Jabra Speak2 40  I have works with Webex, but the mute button does not. Previous Jabra Speak version did work fine

Just a simple question. Did you reinstall Jabra software? I had the same issue with Plantronics headsed, so I reinstalled HUB app and problem solved.

yes, I did. I refreshed firmware as well and there is no change
