We have multiple conference rooms equipped with the Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini that have been working for years. We just started rolling out the Lenovo T16 Gen 2 laptops and they are not connecting via the HDMI cable that all other laptop models are using successfully. Also, the laptops are not sensing the Ultrasound signal from the room kit and do not display the room automatically as other laptops do.
Has anybody else experienced this issue? Are there known compatibility issues with the T16 Gen2 laptops?
