Please add a feature to pin the particular person's contact or group at the top of the chat list.

so, the user can easily find their favorite contacts on top of the list.

that should work like a WhatsApp contact pin.

I assume you mean in the Webex App? This already exists; mark the contact as a favorite and select “show sections” in the filter.

Be sure the feature doesn’t already exist - and that there isn’t an existing feature request to up vote.
