A: If you are connecting for the first time when you open the Cisco Headsets app you will follow these steps as shown in the pictures below to pair your headset to your android device.
1. Turn your headset on and make sure it is charged
2. Put the headset into pairing mode
3. Open the Cisco Headsets app
4. Press Scan for headset
5. If your device is found, select it and press Continue
6. Press Pair and wait for the headset to connect.
