Room Bar Pro - MS Teams Room

We have a new Room Bar Pro and we're having an issue setting it up as Teams Room device.  No matter what software version we're running - there is no option during the initial setup wizard to choose Microsoft Teams Room as the documentation says there should be.  The only option we have is RoomOS/WebEx.  Is there a special version or license key needed to do this?  The device is listed as Teams Certified but the only way we can find to join Teams meetings is via Webex subscriptions that we don't have.

I ended up opening a TAC request and they sent me a private download link for the 11.6.1.5 version which did allow me to select Teams Room during the initial setup wizard.   After registering it with Teams, I was able to push out the latest version and everything's working well now.  No idea why the download links are not otherwise available, though.

I ended up opening a TAC request and they sent me a private download link for the 11.6.1.5 version which did allow me to select Teams Room during the initial setup wizard.   After registering it with Teams, I was able to push out the latest version and everything's working well now.  No idea why the download links are not otherwise available, though.

sometimes I also run into the issue where firewall rules are blocking downloads from the Webex Cloud.  https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/WBX000028782/Network-Requirements-for-Webex-Services

Minimum RoomOS version for MTRoA on a Bar Pro is 11.6.1.5. What version are you running?

It came with an older version of 11.5.x but I've tried 11.5.4.6 and 11.9.2.4. These are the only two versions that seem to be available from software.cisco.com.

If you click to register to Webex cloud it should download the latest version of the software before you need to plug in a 16 digit registration code.  Once the new software is installed, you should have the option to back up and pick to use the MTR OS instead.
