Room Navigator not powering on

Brand new just opened Room Navigator will not power on. The 4 other devices work fine, but one will not power on. No lights on the POE ethernet port. If I connect to the USB maintenance port my computer recognizes the device, but still no traffic over ethernet. We purchased these about 8 months ago and are just now installing them, so I'm not sure if I am able to return it. Any help is appreciated.

I presume you tried a factory reset on it?
If yes and it had no effect, did you order SMARTnet with it? (The quote includes it by default unless you instructed the reseller to remove it). If yes just open a TAC case.
If not the hardware has a standard 90-day warranty on it which has since lapsed. You’ll need to discuss options with your reseller. They may be able to work with the Cisco account team to RMA it anyway. Or they could mutually agree to eat the cost of a replacement unit on your next (not tiny) order of other product.
