Room Release Macro - Ghost Meetings

Hello Community,

Thought this video would be of good use to some of you. In the video above we demo and explain the new Room Release macro! Ever walked by a conference room and saw that the Room calendar showed it was booked... but no one was using it?! Frustrating, I know... Well now you can set your rooms to have intelligence to "release" a booked room if no one shows up! Take a look at how this macro works so you can start leveraging this feature today!

Eventually this will become a feature that is built-in to the Webex Devices Room Booking solution, but until then you can use this macro now!

**Please note** As of this recording this macro uses a Public Preview API which is not available to non EFT customers with the Developer Preview Option Key on their devices. This is currently in BETA.

Hi @Dustin Baker  thanks for the great video. So we recently moved to Webex Hub and got our first Room Bar Pro. We are currently using Google Calendar and Pexip integration for OTJ. So we did not configure the calendar in Webex Hub, as this gets pushed by Pexip. Will this "Unbook Empty Room" be able to clear a meeting that is synced via Pexip? Or will we we require to add the calendar to Webex itself under the scheduling tab?
