We have observed an issue with a RoomOS Cisco device when joining a Zoom meeting using the original Cisco operating system (not MTR) via the Zoom Xapi endpoint:
https://roomos.cisco.com/xapi/Command.Zoom.Join/
Steps to Reproduce:
Upon ending the meeting for all participants, the RoomOS device should automatically leave the meeting, as it does with other conferencing solutions. The RoomOS device remains in the Zoom meeting even though the meeting no longer exists. This behavior is inconsistent with other conferencing solutions where the RoomOS device successfully quits the meeting when it is ended for all participants. This behavior creates confusion for users and disrupts the expected workflow for managing meetings. The device should exit the meeting to maintain consistency and usability across conferencing solutions.

What version of RoomOS are you using?
Have you logged a job with TAC to see if this is a configuration issue, or whether it is a Bug?

Hello Wayne,
I hope you are doing well, and thank you very much for your response.
I am using version 11.22.1, which is the latest. I will open a ticket with TAC.
Thanks,
Batu

Batu I tested this using a Desk Mini running 11.23 and it worked properly - had Desk connected via CRC, and hosted with my Zoom Mac client. When I ended meeting for all, the Desk Mini did drop from the call. If your video device is in Control Hub, try switching to the beta channel to see if it fixes it. If it does don't bother calling TAC - the December release should be out any day now and it will likely fix it.
