Webex Board Pro 75 not paring with Room Navigator

Webex Board Pro 75 not paring with Room Navigator. We have configured the unit as hybrid and when try to pair or connect the room navigator , we are getting error "software upgrade of the room device might be required" for which we do not have the control

Does it work if you enable RoomOS 11?
