Hi

Is anyone know how to upgrade webex deskhub which version is novum1.1.0 ?

I have try to active it in webex But it fail with "HttpClient W: (1) Failed to connect to 'activation.webex.com': SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

Keep in mind that the Desk Hub is now an End-of-Support product, so you should consider replacing them with something else if you're using them in a production environment.

this sounds like a network security issue - is your network 802.1x enabled? If so you will need certs installed on the desk hub to enable it on your network. Try it on an open network (like a home network), if it works in that scenario that's definitely the problem
