We are experiencing some audio issues while connecting our Cisco Webex Pro codecs to a zoom meeting, even though we have enabled "original sound" through our SIP connection into zoom. Occasionally the audio will compress to a very low volume (and often mute itself completely) and then pop back open at random.
Any suggestions for completely un-altered audio would be welcome! Thank you for the help.

I am having the same issue with my Codec Webex Pro but with Microsoft Teams meetings (and I get no audio whatever soever). The far end has no issue hearing us though. I haven't tried a Zoom meeting yet to see if it's having the same issue on the Pro Webex Codec but I will definitely go test that out today.
