What versions or steps are required to upgrade the firmware of the roo

I want to upgrade the firmware of a ce9.5.1 room kit plus to roomos 10.19.4.2, but I don't know how to operate it, and I don't know which version to go through in the middle. Can someone tell me?

What are you going to register it to? If you are going to register it to the cloud you don't need to do a software upgrade, that will happen automatically. If you want to manually upgrade it, you'll need to use the 9.15.16 step upgrade process. Do you have the software? Sorry for the questions, you haven't given much information

Start with the getting started guide.  You need to be on the same network as the device and use a web page to get into it.  Upload the file and start the upgrade, it's pretty simple.  Go to the downloads page for the software and read the release notes to see what version you can go to.
