Hi,

I am new WebX user, we have recently purchased WebX room kit and wanted to join a Zoom call but go this message

The host of this meeting does not have a Conference Room Connector (CRC) license.
An active CRC license is required to use a SIP/H.323 device to join this meeting. If your account has an active license, please go to https://zoom.us/meeting/rooms with a desktop or smartphone and enter the Meeting ID along with the pairing code indicated below:

Please suggest how i can solve this problem.

Zoom does not support WebRTC, that article is specifically for MS Teams, which does support WebRTC. Joining a Zoom meeting with a Webex device does require a CRC license. https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/0lobg6/Join-Zoom-Meetings-on-Board,-Desk,-and-Room-Series

If your Webex device is a model that supports USB Passthrough (Kit Mini, Room Bar) you can join with a laptop and use the codec as your peripherals.

CRC is a connector on Zoom side to allow dial in with SIP Address from your endpoint for audio/video/sharing experience. On your case, the host of the meeting does not seem to have it for the session provided, so please reach out the scheduling host for this matter.

What we can do from Cisco end is that instead of the SIP address you can try to join using WebRTC, in order to do so please include the meeting link at the meeting invitation that is sent to your endpoint so Hybrid calendar can read the URL and attempt to join.

You will need to enable WebRTC configuration:

https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nsx4cpe/Enable-WebRTC-and-CVI-to-Join-a-Microsoft-Teams-Meeting-from-Board,-Desk,-andRoom-Series

And for Hybrid calendar:

If you have further questions on this or you would like to setup a call with TAC for further discussion, feel free to open a ticket via:
