We are Cisco partners and soon we will migrate under our Control Hub a customer who already uses Webex Calling but with another Cisco partner. The customer uses Webex Rest APIs and XML APIs quite intensively for various purposes and he has realized that in the authentication of calls the partner ID is defined, is it correct? If yes, he believe that when Cisco knows that the organization’s partner is changed, this string will be modified making ineffective the calls that his organization will place. Where can we see what is our string as a partner, so that we can communicate it to the customer? The string actually needs to be changed in the systems of the customer due to the change of the Cisco partner? If so, when this change needs to be done?
