Can I set a custom date to send email, when creating meeting by API?

Hello Team,
we want to create a WebEx meeting for some future date ( say a month later ) .
We don't want WebEx to send invitation email at the time of creation of meeting , but at some time in future
( Say one week before the event ) .
Can someone tell me if such utility is available in WebEx meetings SOAP/REST API ?

This feature is not possible currently, email is sent automatically once meeting is created and there is no option to set a custom date to send the email.
