Default "allow attendees to unmute themselves" to off

Is there a way to set a meeting to default "allow attendees to unmute themselves" to off?
When I make a new meeting using the api

This is not currently available via the APIs but there is a site setting to enable moderated mute by default for all meetings so only the moderator/host of a meeting can unmute attendees. The setting can be found in Control Hub(https://admin.webex.com). Once logged in you would got to Meeting on the left under Services, click on the meeting site, click Configure Site and then Site Option under Common Settings. Search the page for "Turn on "Moderated unmute mode" by default".
