Hello,
I have a customer who has 100+ Cisco 7821 IP phones configured in Webex. These phones are located at various sites and I need to produce reports on phone registration status including the time the phone was last seen.
If I use the GET /v1/devices API call the returned response does not list the 7800 phones. It does list Cisco headsets and DX80 video units that the customer has.
Can anyone explain why phones are not listed in the response and whether there is any way to get phone data via Webex APIs.
Thanks

There is a workaround for that:
* Query all users using the /people endpoint
* run Get User Devices for each of them
There is also a Get Workspace Devices endpoint, but that one currenlty only returns Room Devices and no MPPs/ATAs. That's a bug Cisco is aware of and working on.

The API does not support phones yet. Support is supposed to be coming but currently we don't have an ETA on when that will be.

Thanks Jeff,
Is there any update on when this functionality will be available?

No update. I'd suggest submitting a feature request for it through https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io so others can up vote it and the product team knows there is demand for it.
