Hi, I found some examples where the header widget is defined with "header", and other where "advancedHeader" is used instead on the Desktop layout json file. What is the difference?
Thanks,
Victor

@vvazquez all right, thanks. So based on the docs you shared:
advancedHeader
property in the custom layout, the default header is displayed.advancedHeader
property ("advancedHeader": []
).So the ket takeaway here is that if you want to go with the default header, you just use "header" and if you want to override it / customise it, you go with "advancedHeader".

@vvazquez would you mind sharing a few specific examples, links, screenshots comparing these 2? Thanks

Hi Janos, for example here: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/n5595zd/Webex-Contact-Center-Setup-and-Administration-Guide
I can see a couple of examples using "header", and this other: https://github.com/WebexSamples/webex-contact-center-api-samples/tree/main/widget-samples/rss-header-widget-sample uses "advancedHeader"
Thanks, Victor
