How can I check the changelog for the Webex CC JavaScript SDK?

I am looking for the changelog for the JavaScript SDK (Node.js package: @wxcc-desktop/sdk). I checked npmjs.com but could not find any changelog information:

How can developers track changes or updates made to the JavaScript SDK?

So I believe you're looking for the release notes for the Webex Node.js (JavaScript) SDK and for that, you can follow this page here - https://developers.webexconnect.io/docs/javascript-sdk-release-notes

Also, you can keep a eye on this Changelog page - https://developer.webex.com/admin/docs/api/changelog/webex-admin in Webex Developer portal where you'd also find the changes/updates regarding Webex SDKs.
But this Changelog page in Developer page won't be just regarding the SDKs though, it'd be a mix of everything including APIs, SDKs, various Webex supported Apps.

I believe that this is for Webex Connect. I am talking about Webex CC Desktop JavaScript SDK.

And there is no detail information about the Webex CC JavaScript SDK in Webex Developer Portal Changelog.

Yes in case of Webex CC Desktop JavaScript SDK changelog, you can find the details over here - https://developer.webex.com/webex-contact-center/docs/api/changelog/webex-contact-center

Again, this changelog would be a mix of REST APIs and SDKs. You need to search for the keyword "SDK" in this above shared page and you'll be able to find the SDK related versions/changes accordingly.
To track the past changes, you can search the page like that way. But going ahead, you can keep a close eye on this for the upcoming changes. 
But it's true there is no dedicated page for the Desktop SDK release versions and changelog details.

But we don't have a detailed description for each minor release. This is a list of @wxcc-desktop/sdk version.
