Inactive Users in Webex Contact center Admin hub

Can someone explain why the deleted users are still appearing in  the user list as inactive users under Webex Contact Center Admin Dash?

These users have left the company and I had deleted them 2 months ago.

We are not using Directory connectors so we will contact TAC.

Are you using Directory Connector to populate users in Webex Control Hub?  If so, then are 2 scenarios for inactive user:
  • If user accounts have been disabled in Active Directory they'll be marked inactive in Webex Control Hub and will remain that way
  • If user account have been deleted from Active Directory, they will be marked inactive and then deleted after 7 days.

If you are not using Directory Connector for directory synchronization in your organization, I would recommend you to reach out to the TAC - help.webex.com/contact. I hope that may help!
