Integration account Scopes like spark:xsi, broadworks-connector:user

I don't see Scopes setting like spark:xsi, broadworks-connector:user in OAuth settings for Integration Application. How to add these scopes to OAuth integration accounts ?

Thanks for your patience so far!
For the request you made, now you can directly reach out to webex_calling_xsi_access@cisco.com and request access to those scopes. 
It's not available directly over the Integration settings -> scope list.
The same instruction is also shared over the Webex-Calling-XSIInterfaceSpec.pdf file on https://developer.cisco.com/docs/webex-calling/#developer-docs in section 2.4.
