Hi,
We have built multilingual DialogFlow CX Agent. In WxCC flow designer, we collect option to and select language then passing it to CX Agent.The value going as queryParams instead of queryInput ( DF request queryInput payload should have languageCode). Is there an option to change the request so that WxCC set the languageCode in queryInput.
Event Data is the only place i see we can pass JSON data to CX, though its going in queryParams.
Any DF detectIntent API should have the option to support multi-lingual request and its achievable thru any DF CX API.

Yes we are using WxCC -RTMS version and it does support DF CX. Also, we found the solution as well.
"Change VA language you can use set variable language before VA activity by using Global_Language".

Are you using WebexCC flavor that supports Dialogflow CX (I believe only the RTMS version does now, otherwise you have to use Dialogflow CS)?
