Hello,
i want to setup a service flow on webex connect to implement a queue with multiple PIQ messages to be played every 5 minutes and stops when customer is routed to an agent.
is someone aware of any template to apply that?
I tried Livechatinbound template from github.io and did many modifications to circle back the PIQ node again to check the position in queue again and then to inapp/livechat messeging node which sends the text message but i can't succeed in creating the PIQ message repeated and then terminated if routed to agent.
