Sidebar app callstate changed one user works, others not

Hi, 
I made a sidebar app that monitor the callstate, if changed and an incoming call is notified it will show the number and other information about the customer. 

This works great on my own user accont, but it doesn't work at others. 
What could cause this?

Thanks for you reply.
A day later it worked for these users, but now other users have the problem. 
It's really strange, everything works but the callstate event isn't received looks like the problem.

You can share the details to devsupport@webex.com and we can investigate that further.
Kindly share us the below details over the email - 
1. Embedded App name
2. Embedded App creator name/account
3. Org ID where the Embedded App belongs to
4. Sample few accounts who are trying to use the Embedded App and getting the error
5. Error screenshot or, some reference

Using these details, we can validate it further.
Sending email to devsupport@webex.com would help to track the issue better and communicate faster.

Thanks for your patience so far!
When you say it's not working for other Users - these other Users are from same Org that you belong or, they're from some other Orgs?
And also, where exactly the Embedded App is failing for them - is it failing on authentication step? 

If you could share some more details regarding their error - would be helpful to assist further.

All users are from the same Org as I also belong to.
 
I don't understand you about the authentication step. I believe there is in an embedded app there is no authentication needed for a callstate event.

There is no error, nothing happens when someone calls. 
But at other users the callstate event trigger and it works. I used some Javascript to show Name, Adress and some information about the caller.
