webex bot - Failed to get encryption key

Hi,

i'm having problem to send WebEx bot message through REST API, it worked for quit a long time(actually for years). today if i try to send bot message i got:

      Status Code: 502

{"message":"Failed to get encryption key.","errors":[{"description":"Failed to get encryption key."}],"trackingId":"ROUTER_62904AF5-D114-01BB-45FD-AC12FB3D45FD"}

REST API i'm using: 

https://webexapis.com/v1/messages

Can anyone help?

We noticed an intermittent issue with multiple services in Webex app during that time period which is now fixed. Can you please retry and confirm?
