Recording webex with presenter view as full screen

I have a question about recording in webex that I was hoping someone might have a solution to.

I record and post my class in webex, but in the recording it always records the screen in grid mode so that my video stream is small and essentially illegible. I have put the video in participant mode and done fix for everyone, which makes my video full screen on my desktop, but it still comes out in grid mode on the recorded video.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Will this function also be available locally in the future?

I tested this in our environment and found it only works in the Cloud.  You get additional options when recording to cloud so I always recommend this to our staff.

Unfortunately, the option only applies when I save the video to the CLoud. Is this option also available somewhere if I want to save the recording locally?

Hi Redsh1m

I hope you are doing fine.

You should try to go in Preferences>Recording on your webex site to set the recording layout that you want to have.
