My Android Webex app went silent on Notifications suddenly and despite restarting the App many times. Same issue continues

Hi, If you click on your profile picture, you should totally see a help section and you can use the health checker to test the connection as well as clear the cache with the database status reset totally! Hope this helps! Also maybe toggle the notifications! totally

Mobile phones often kill processes in the background due to battery optimization etc.
Have you tried configuring an exception for Webex?

Push notifications shouldn’t require the app to be running, or at least that’s how it works on iOS. Verified it still has permission to send notifications at the OS level? Restart the phone OS? Delete and reinstall the app? If yes to all you need to open a support ticket. For customers and partners that would be TAC but I’m not sure what the process is for Cisco employees.
