In Webex teams on mobile, when attempting to change the profile picture, I get the Error Code: 100000. Contact cisco webex technical support.
Webex teams desktop app and from the webex site account the picture can be changed but not on mobile.
Any suggestions?

The screenshot is for Webex Meetings not for Webex Teams. What Meeting version are you running? and specifics from your mobile environment?

you can try repairing the database which is found under Health Checker. If that doesn't work, I have noticed some issues in the past if the program has been updated a number of times the user looses the ability to make certain changes. I would try deleting the app and reinstalling it. That has fixed the issue for me and content was saved in the cloud so I didn't loose anything.
