searching for people in webex teams

in Skype for business when we search we have instant results (provided the address book is synchronized) and that too irrespective of whether we search with last name or first name. 

where as in Webex teams the search results come up only with last name and its not that fast as in Skype for business. 

Is there a way to improve search speed. 

I also did not find any place to submit feedback to Webex teams for this. 

Has any one else faced this issue and is there a way to make search faster and quick?

The Teams client searches a few categories - Internal, External (who share spaces with you), Outlook, and Devices.

My own experience is that any internal contact or member of a shared space, the search is pretty instant. It may depend on how your accounts are setup / Directory Connector - but this is absolutely something TAC can assist with, gather logs and find if there are actually any errors on your client.

The new Outlook Contact search does take a little more time, as well as devices. Outlook search is new addition and will likely continue to be optimized.
