forwarding message with attachment

Hi community,

we are using Webex App currently in a Poc and later in a larger environment. What has never worked is that messages with attachments (e.g. pictures) can be forwarded to spaces and contacts but the Target sees that only the a file has been shared with you: 10cda999-a10f-4f14-a05c-345703fb6558.PNG but the file itself is not showing. I assume forwarding of an attachment (pic, doc. gif, etc...) should be part of the basic features and everybody who is using Webex App is expecting this.

Am i wrong to believe that this is a must or is it just an error?

Forwarding of attachments from one space to another is not a supported feature at this time.  I believe it is a roadmap item.
