How do I correct my name when it appears on a WebX meeting?

If you are using Meetings, and are a guest (not an account holder), you can change your name on the opening pop-up window using the edit pencil in they upper left hand corner. This feature is scheduled to change and be easier in the 41.6 update this month on a delayed release cycle (https://help.webex.com/en-us/xcwws1/What-s-New-for-the-Latest-Channel-of-Webex-Meetings)

It’s depend on the are you the Host or guest.

So if you the Host of meeting ask your WebEx Administrator they will correct your profile Name.

If you the Guest then during the login time pls enter your correct name followed by email.

One more thing if you installed WebEx application on your mobile or laptop then your need to check with that also because if  you login with WebEx apps it’s fetch the data which you save earlier so need to correct that at your end.

Is your Webex part of a corporate Webex?

If so, your administrator can change your name in the Webex Administration portal.
