Is there ways to control recording of webex meetings for security reasons?
Specifically,
- Any ways to prohibit meeting host to record a meeting?
- Any ways for meeting guests to monitor if the meeting is recorded or not?

I would leverage the resources at Help.webex.com which is the knowledge base for all things Webex.
Administrators for a site can allow/disallow the recording for users on a tenant. < https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/n2awmc0/Enable-Local-Recordings-in-Cisco-Webex-Control-Hub >
Participants are given an audible notification that meetings are being recorded and there is Red Light icon on the screen when recording is in progress.

Hi @noritama ,
I have to ask.
Why bother? You'll NEVER be able to tell if someone has a camera set up recording your screen. And for that matter, you can't tell if they are recording using say Qucktime Player.
The fact that you can confidently say that the meeting was NOT recorded by Webex software is of little value (worse - it may convey a false sense of confidence).
Our company policy is to never allow recordings. But I'm sure there have been times where our classes have been recorded. But we can prove nothing.
