How to disable the option "let in" which others get when I join a meeting.
Whenever I join a meeting hosted by others in their personal meeting room in WebEx teams, they get a "let in" option. Until they click on it I wont be able to join meeting.
Which is not the case when other team members join to same meeting.
Please let me know if any option to disable from my end.
Regards,
Vishnu

Another scenario why this might happen is again if you are not signed into Webex and the Personal Room Security setting in Control Hub is set to Guests wait in the lobby until the host admits them

From your Webex site (company.webex.com), users have the ability to manage options for their own personal rooms (Preferences -> My Personal Room). There are options for "cohosts", one of them being "All attendees who have host accounts on this site become cohosts when they join...". These users would not need to be let in. I believe this can also be set as a default from Control Hub.
That being said, you'll also need to ensure you are signed in and authenticated before joining to ensure you are recognized as a valid "host", otherwise you will always need to be let in.
