I have followed the Webex Help Center to cancel the lock of the meeting room, and the meeting is not locked by default, but why do my colleagues still need my consent to join the meeting?
What Should I do for next step?
Please help me, Thanks.

Hey @adatsai ,
Make sure the meeting is not locked and Guests can join meetings without SIgn-In, please follow our KB articles and open a TAC Case if you still face issues.

With the same steps as mine
When I entered my account information, I received an 'Unauthorized' message: Unauthorized You do not have permission to access this page. And I don't know why?

Just like the initial POST, I did not lock my meeting
I did follow the three links you provided as well as your instructions, but participants are still required to be granted access before joining the meeting.
I appreciate the methods you provided, and I would like to click "Accept as Solution." However, since it is actually ineffective, I'm concerned it might mislead others, so I haven't clicked it temporarily.

Good afternoon @adatsai. Are the attendees logged in to Webex? According to the Webex Documentation: Invited users can join meetings as long as they're signed in." If they aren't signed in they must wait in the lobby."

Hi @Kathy N. , thank you for your kind response. I believe they should all be logged in, but I just conducted a test meeting to confirm, and indeed they have logged in. However, when I provided them with the meeting code, they still had to wait in the lobby (as shown in the image below) and couldn't join the meeting directly. This situation has caused inconvenience for our operations since the meeting is already in progress. It is challenging for the host to find time to go to the lobby and grant access
