My voice from Apple's ear phone Microphone is choppy

I use Windows 10 Pro and OptiPlex 5090.
When I join a webex meeting, I use an ear phone of iPhone.

My voice is choppy even if I tune some audio parameters.

Under the same setting, there is no problem on Microsoft Office Teams app meeting.

Does the Notebook have the same OS as the Dell machine?

Does the Notebook have built-in BT?

Does the Dell machine have a built-in BT?

Does the voice sound "choppy" if using wired headset with the Dell machine?

Does the voice sound "choppy" using a different BT headset with the Dell machine?
