Someone is waiting for the Webex meeting

Hi there, we have a team member who is getting emails saying someone is in their waiting room when they don't have a meeting scheduled. Has that happened to anyone else?

Additionally, there have been times when people do not show up in the lobby after we have received an email notification that they were there.

Any thoughts as to why either of those things might be happening?

By any chance, did you checked with the person mentioned in the mail ? Did he tried to join your personal room ?
