Stream into Webex

Hello, I am looking for a possibility to stream a Video into a Webex Meeting so that the other participants in the call can see it. I don't mean share media or screen, but really a Livestream. Is there a Webex upgrade where this is possible?

You can stream FROM webex to a live streaming service, but I do not believe the reverse is possible unless the service is able to dial into the webex meeting over SIP.
