We are experiencing issues with users who are currently still on Windows 7, when using the native WebEx Meetings desktop application. The first error is when signing in, the site URL is invalid error is displayed. A work around for that has been to sign in as guest, then at that point, they can re-authenticate to the site URL without error. Secondly, when starting a Live Stream in a meeting, the secondary window after selecting " Other Streaming Service" does not display to allow for the user to enter the youtube information. Hopefully someone else has encountered these issues and can assist. The application has been removed and the meeting services removal tool has been ran with no successful resolution.
Thanks
